Κourd Gallery presents a unique music event on the occasion of the closing of the painting trilogy “Between Sound and Silence” by David Benforado. Harris Lambrakis (ney) and Christos Barbas (ney) met as a duo for the first time and responded to the paintings’ theme in a wonderful improvised set.
The liberating and transcendent experience offered by the sound of the Ney served not only as a springboard for this series of paintings but also as an opportunity for David Benforado to capture its sound on the canvas.
